Nicoshia is the Founder of Relentless Academy, a non-profit for youth, arts, and education whose mission is to prepare youth for academic success and resources to build generational wealth for the future. Nicoshia has always had a love and passion for youth, art, and education. She grew up in Milwaukee and attended arts schools, a thriving boys and girls club (Sherman Park), played basketball, and loves music. Over the years, Nicoshia has demonstrated excellence in service. She has mentored youth, developed youth mentoring programs, supervised youth summer and after school programs, volunteered for programs involving underserved youth, and has coached girls’ basketball camps and high school programs. Most recently, she launched a tuition free summer program called S.M.A.R.T. (Science, Math, Art, Reading, Technology) for underserved youth in the Twin Cities. In just one year, Nicoshia has successfully raised over $100,000 and has gained critical partnerships along the way.
Nicoshia Wynn is by far one of most influential leaders in advancing accessible and affordable learning programs in the Twin Cities. She is no doubt an educator, entrepreneur, speaker, singer, songwriter, wife and mom who loves to encourage others through her dynamic ways of interacting with her audience via seminars, conferences, workshops and through her story of personal trials and successes along with her unwavering faith.
In addition, Nicoshia has over 20 years of experience working in higher education, K-12 education and corporate in various capacities such as Sr. human resources, consulting, leadership and organizational development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She’s led professionals in the advancement of DEI and the development of professionals to reach for their next level.
Nicoshia obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota-Duluth as well as her Masters in Management degree from The College of St. Scholastica. She is married and has three beautiful children. She is from Milwaukee, WI, resides in the Twin Cities and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
